No Refunds: All fees paid to HR Learners Hub for courses, training programs, workshops, certifications, or related services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once a learner enrolls and payment is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted.

Why We Follow a No Refund Policy
Our programs involve:

- Limited batch sizes
- Allocation of trainers, learning materials, and administrative resources in advance
Because these resources are reserved immediately upon enrollment, we are unable to offer refunds after payment confirmation.
Course Access & Participation
- Learners are encouraged to review course details carefully before enrolling.
- It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure availability, interest, and readiness to participate.
- Missing sessions, partial attendance, or non-participation does not qualify for a refund.
Program Changes or Discontinuation
In rare cases where HR Learners Hub cancels or reschedules a program due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to:
- Reschedule the training, or
- Offer alternative learning options
No cash refunds will be issued.
